Clean, camera-ready artwork is preferred on all orders. Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared black and white rendering of a logo or type. Photo copies or faxed copies are not typically suitable for screening on most ad specialty products. Perfect Image Marketing wants to ensure that our clients receive the best possible imprint on all our promotional products in order to maintain our clients’ image. Therefore, we will help you prepare your artwork at a reasonable hourly rate, or, in some cases, at no charge to our customers. Many of our suppliers accept black and white and color separated art on disk or CD formatted for PC and Macintosh. Contact us for specifications.

Many of our ad specialty prices include one standard color and one location imprints at no additional charge. PMS colors or two color imprints are subject to additional per piece charges. Some set-up and screen charges may apply.

Please note that in some cases, PMS color matching will be as close a match as possible on some ad specialty items. This is due in part to the numerous surfaces to which ink may be applied. Some bleeding may occur on some surfaces. Please advise Perfect Image Marketing if PMS colors are critical so that we may offer a solution.
